CU Football Pre-games
The Herd is at every home football game. The Herd teams up with the Alumni Association pre-game on Benson Field three hours before kick off to show school spirit and Buff pride! We’re there with free food and free gear for all of our Herd members, so be sure to carry your Herd card at all times! To view the 2011 pre-game events, click here.
Ski Bus discount from The Environmental Center
The Herd and the Environmental Center have teamed up to provide Herd members with an amazing discount on the Ski Bus. Herd members receive 66% off of rides to the mountains. Students normally pay $15, but Herd members only pay $5. The ski bus goes to Keystone, Breckenridge, Vail, Beaver Creek and A-Basin. There are 20 seats on each bus reserved for Herd members, so be sure to reserve your seat and don’t forget your Herd card! Click here for more information about the ski bus.
The CU Book Store in the UMC
The CU Book Store has been a great partner with The Herd. Herd members receive 20% off of CU clothing and gift items. The item must have the CU logo on it. Textbooks are NOT included. Forever Buffs Network: Herd members have access to this networking tool that gives students and alumni access to thousands of alumni with potential job opportunities, as well as other good career advice.
CU Career Services: Job and career search assistance. A database of hundreds of career positions and thousands of resumes referred to employers annually. Their office is located in the Center for Community, or call, 303-492-6541 for more information.
